Trends & Technologies, Inc. Vietnam (TTIV) has successfully organized the seminar entitled “Hospitality Comprehensive Management Solution” in Legend Hotel on last Thursday, 31st March 2011. Hotel industry in Vietnam has expanded dramatically since the country first opened its doors to tourism in 1989 and become more intensive and comprehensive to meet the increasing demand of customers for a better service through high-technology features and functionalities.

Acknowledge the business growth and development in Hotel industry, Trends & Technologies, Inc. Vietnam, a premier System Integrator with head office in Hanoi and branch office in HCMC have partnered with the NEC (PABX), JDS (WinPac) and Cotell (Phones) to share and introduce a next generation and state-of-the-art technology on PABX System, Back-Office System and Guest Room Phones. A sound solution that is suitable for any types of hotels in order to meet customers and hotel management needs and expectations.

During break-out session, We showed demo equipment on NEC PBX; JDS Applications, XML, Back-Office solution, VCS, CCS; Cotell telephone sets, Structure Cabling, Rack, … which made guests clarifier as well as understood more about the products.
We are so grateful on the presence of a large number of guests from famous International and Local hotels such as: Caravell, Sofitel, Park Hyatt, Intercontinental, Renaissance Riverside, Duxton, Legend, Liberty, Michelia, Residence Sherwood, Someset Chancellor Court, Saigon Tourist,… a combination of GM, IT Manager and Chief Engineer attended and contributed to the success of this seminar.
